Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you would like to return or exchange the product, just return it to us following the instructions below.  When we receive it back we will arrange either an exchange or refund.

How do I return an item?

Return via courier collection

For larger items we can arrange to have an item collected by our couriers for £8.99. Just let us know on email if you would like us to arrange this. Please note that we do not refund the return costs.

How do I exchange an item? 

If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the item to us using the instructions above, unused with the original packing. 

If you paid by credit / debit card

If there is a difference in the price then we will charge your card automatically should there be an additional cost (or process a refund if the item costs less). 

How do you process my refund?

We will process a refund to the card you paid with. 

How do I proceed if I want to cancel my order and return the product?

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you let us know no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

If you would like to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation. 

However, this cancellation right does not apply if products are used or damaged (including packaging).

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for (not including the costs of returning the Products to us). We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
